The Steak House at the Silver Reef Hotel/Casino is a relatively new restaurant, featuring (you guessed it): steak. It’s received some excellent reviews, so my wife and I and a couple of friends gave it a shot. Fresh House-Made Mozzarella, Roma Tomato, Basil, Blue Cheese Dressing, and Reduced Balsamic.
