Blackjack Pays 3 To 1

Version 1 The side bet pays based on the player's first two cards and the dealer's up card. If the three cards equal a flush, straight, straight flush, or three of a kind the side bet pays 9 to 1.

What the heck, my casino pays blackjacks 2 to 1. How does that change my overall odds from that of the generated table that said I will get Blackjack 3/2? On my sheet I have a .44% house edge, does that change with this wierd payout? Or isn't this wierd? Cause on all the online tutors and simulators its 3/2, or all the ones I have played.
Won 20 bucks on Blackjack in a couple hands with a double down a 6/5, got a Jack
Lost 15 due to slots/Roulette(Never playing those again, especially slots) Got suckered in by flashing lights.
